Hello Dr Bhatia,
I think what you are doing is absolutely commendable and a great initiative to connect professionals across geographies around one aim i.e. to make a positive difference in whatever we do. I am honoured to have been awarded a 'HR Leadership Award' and it could not be a better recognition for all the things that we do in the field of HR on a regular basis. The platform which you have created has enabled me to connect with like-minded individuals and surely is going to be a source of professional exchange for the betterment of the profession. The panel discussion which I attended, apologies for leaving after lunch as I had to vote, was one worthy of praise as it gave us an insight of the tremendous potential that we have among the African region and surely a potential source for growth and development in Pan African geographies. I must thank you from the bottom of my heart for having taken the time and initiative to regroup few of the finest individuals/participants to share their best practices so that we the younger generations can be better prepared for the future. So as you rightly said, let's make a small difference individually that would make a bigger impact for our kids by 2050.

Thanks a lot for all your dedication for the right cause. We need more people like you. Please keep it up.

One suggestion is to forward well in advance the programme so that all attendees can organize themselves to be present for the whole session.
